Hello everybody.
Unfortunately I have a problem with the new versions of LK8000 in combination with Kobo and Blueflyvario V11.

First: I tested 3 Kobo Glo HD, where 2 are equipped with Blueflyvario V11 and one with V12.
The problem only occurs with V11 and LK8000 V7 + V7.1 Betas
V.6b works perfectly! V7 only with V12

The problem:
When I set a Task with timegates, "Gate closed" will always be displayed. Even the same error occurs when restarting the Task: always "gates closed".

The trick to get everything working is follow (but uncomfortable):
Start Kobo (not starting LK8000), start Blueflyvario, wait for GPS FIX status, and start LK8000 "fly".
The GPS must already be FIX before LK8000 v7 + 7.1beta is started for the time gates to work.

Is there any hope that the problem will be resolved or should I switch to Blueflyvario V12?
I need the time gates for racing and like the XC-rules of V7.1 :o)
At the moment I switch always between 2 SD-cards.

look like invalid datetime sent by Bluefly V11 before fix...

what is the time dsiplayed before fix ?

CHANGE GPS DATE: 2019-6-13 h21:29:14 (UTC 19:29)


After the change of gps date/time the gates don't open

The old date after “change gps date“ is only because the older log-file

I think i see where is the problem, but if i'm right problem should also happen with v6.0...
can you made a nmea log starting with invalid fix and ending with valid fix, that will help me to find the right fix.

-starting lk8000 without gps: the time is correct: 19:42:22 (Gate open)
-starting the gps (no fix): the time is wrong: 2:00:10 (Gates closed)
-after fix: the time is correct: 19:45:48 (Gates closed) don't open anymore
