That strange... On mine: 1 - only names of "Waypopint Files" and "Airspace Files" have moved (not "missing") and it makes sense with new multi files.
3, 4 and 12 are fine (nothing missing)
23 is called "Map Scale"
Tested on both Win7 and Win10 |

That is what I thought, so I copied the language file in again. However will try that a second time. |

Replaced the language file again, and seems OK now. |

In the 7.10 "What's New" you refer to "Store sound ON/Off". I can't find this anywhere in the PC or the Android version. Would it be possible to have the sound volume controlled, possibly by the Android phone volume control? On my phone, a Galaxy S10, I find the volume far too loud and would like to reduce the level. |

It stores the current setting of Config 3/3-> sound (if save runtime is turned on) Please be aware that the startup sound is played independent from this setting. |

Thanks for the reply. I've found it - works ok as described. Perhaps for a future release it Would be possible to have the sound volume controlled, possibly by the Android phone volume control? On my phone, a Galaxy S10, I find the volume far too loud and would like to reduce the level, as some sound is useful. |

sound level is controled by android, so use android volume settings... |

the only odd thing I found with controlling volume settings on my phone, was that I had to preset the volume before starting LK8000 If I try volume control on my phone while LK8000 is running, then volume switches are actually controlling zoom, not volume.
weird btw (in case it matters) phone is Nokia8 |

you right, it's made like that because in flight zoom in/out is much more often used than sound level up/down.
you can change sound level when LK8000 is running if you put it in background. |

Thanks for the explanation Understand your argument, but remain convinced that it is confusing. Would prefer volume keys to control volume, but that's just my opinion |

In the Galaxy S10 the volume for LK8000 is controlled by the Notifications volume control. Strange but true. It works OK. |

Setting HOME. In Android V7.1f setting the home airfield does not work for me in simulation or Fly modes. (galaxy S10) It chooses the middle of the terrain area. It does work on Android V7.0 and on PC v7.1k |

tested on Android Nokia8 with 7.1p, everything ok with home airfield. centering happens when a new map/terrain is selected because the home waypoint becomes invalid. If the new home airfield can'T be found... -do you have a proper waypoint file for the terrain incl. the home waypoint? -is the home airfield defined in the waypoints and inside the terrain area?
