After two weeks posted on General Support, with 93 reads and no answer, I decided to post the topic here.
The problem appeared in a friend’s flight at the start of the task that can be seen at the link below. For the record, he was using LK800 on an Odie and on his cell phone.

In fact, it seems that any task with AAT=ON in which there is a forward sector in any of the turn points would trigger the problem as soon as the preceding turn point is reached.
I call a forward sector a sector in which the arc of the circle would placed (and reached) before the center of the arc (the reference turn point).
It is easy to reproduce it. All you have to do is to edit a small task and use the SIM MENU (Alt, Speed and Turn). Start with a task in which the first turn point after the start is a forward sector. Then, using the SIM MENU, as soon as one crosses the start line the info will show the Task Start (Altitude, Speed and Time), T>OPTIMIZ, the pink line will point to the sector (first turn point) for a fraction of a second, followed immediately by “Next turnpoint” info (T>1st turn point), followed immediately again by “Next turnpoint” (now, T>2nd turnpoint). This way, the turn point (the sector) is skipped. If the pilot does not have the task in his (her) mind, he (she) will miss the turn point and the task will be incomplete.
Task restart does not solve the problem, as the “Waypoint next” results the same: pointing to the turn point that follows the forward sector in the task sequence.
You can edit another task in which the sector is the second turn point. The same happens as soon as the first turn point is reached.
In any case the forward sector is always skipped. The solution is to force a “goto” to the real next point, for each turn point of the task at a time. This requires the pilot attention and deviates him (her) from lokking outside and taking decitions.
Tested on LK8000 versions 6 and 7.0 for Android (Android version 6.0.1, on a Samsung Galaxy J5, SM-J500M) and on LK8000 version 6.0b for PC (Windows 10).

Thank you, this is better than "goto" but still a remediation not a solution.
I understand that the pilot could go farther in the sector before decide to turn to the next turnpoint, but the program should not skip pointig to the sector. Furthermore, it does not hapens when the sector is located after the turnpoint or it is a circle.
Than, why it is not a bug?
