Hi,

Is it be possible to connect simultaneously to several devices, like XcTracer + an airspeed probe and maybe also a home-made Flarm/FANET to send and receive traffic info?

yes you can connect up to 6 devices.

That is 6 devices at the same time? I thought BT was only one to one, but then I've never understood BT, it seems to be a black art.

As a probe only, I think that only C-Probe from Compass would work as you expect. Not sure you can find one easily, the company might not be in business anymore, also it was quite pricey.
