Task Declare fails to LX S100 Nano3 drvr (FIXED)

After numerous tests with my Android Nokia 8, v7.1l consistently fails to declare to my LXNAV S100 via bluetooth using the Nano 3 driver. Using the same sample tasks, declaration SUCCEEDS when running v7.0.

Soon I'll post the RUNTIME.log and NMEA.log for both versions. It's too late tonight...
