Hi! I'm having trouble receiving data from LXS80 vario to my Android devices via Bluetooth. Both the Samsung S8 and Huawei P8 has ben sucsessfully paired to the LXS80. In Device configuration the LXS80 has been chosen as port in LK8000 (listed as paired devices with BT prefix in name). No gps, Flarm data, vario or altitude data is coming in. Status field shows nothing and in Treminal it reads No data received.

Both devices have the latest Android versions, and are running last updates of LK8000 from Play Store. Same devices receives data from LXS80 when running XCSoar. Any suggestions?

Already noticed, if you setup the BT Port in LK8000, you must close and restart LK8000 before receiving the data.

OK, I'll try what you suggest. Thanks for taking the time.

Already did the test with a Nano4 logger without any problems. A lot of users are connecting via BT as well.
Which version of LK8000 are you using? Did you try different versions (incl. the latest Beta, thats the version I used)?
Please be aware "paired" does not necessarily mean connected.
Please make sure only one Client (Smarphone/PC) is connected at the same time.
Start testing with device A, and no other device.
Maybe another App is running in the background and blocking the Port?
Did you try to connect with a Windows PC?
If nothing else helps, uninstall LK8000 and do a complete new install/config. (Don't copy the old Config)

regards
AL

Probably. Just cant figure out what. Tried pairing it to a Nanologger too, but same result.

As long you don#t "See" data comming into the terminal, there is a problem with the Port setting.

Thanx for the quick reply!

I have chosen port BT:S8x-PDA-BT-3757 and the LXV7_EXP driver.

Sound like a wrong Port setup. What Port are you using?
BTW: For the S80 you should use one of the the V7 driver.
