Change Log :

### fix :
- freeze on task Declare to external device
- Task finish laoding #1613
- android document provider : refresh on files changes
- android usb serial : Segfault on Port restart
### new :
- allow to use DAE 0.5/10 turnpoint type on GP/Race to Goal task


I've received no feedback for flarm task declataration with 7.4.4, so i ask again :
