There are a few complete Europe Airspace files on the LxNavigation webpage in CUB format. You might extract the area of your interest via SeeYou function "mobile connection".
http://lxnavigation.com/downloads/database/EU_ALL_16G.CUB or (maybe more recent):
http://lxnavigation.com/downloads/database/other/AS-continents-zeus-only.zip

or if you think it's sufficient, you may download the competition airspace file from the Coppa Cittą di Rieti page on SoaringSpot:

By comparing the LX database to the competition file, you may see how complex is the official airspace structure, and how simplified is the competition version, for which all class D spaces become prohibited (no asking for clearance and no XTPD on boaard for most of the gliders). On the other hand, under the shield of a NOTAM and the daily communications of the competition director, the gliders can actually fly at higher altitudes than otherwise legal, in many areas. The "prohibited" portion of the Perugia CTR is also significantly smaller than the actual CTR.

Lots of work, trust has been reciprocally built during many years between the organisers and the authorities. Unfortunately, Perugia airport's traffic is growing (low cost airlines are still booming) and we'll do our best to keep the situation as is for the competition period (3 weeks in August every year.
