Hi, thank you very much for Android version. I am happy to test LK8000 on my Dell Streak 5. I have got two crashes of two flights in Simulator mode. I cannot say what the reason is, I just left simulation to go. The first crash was after about an hour, the second one after 10 minutes. Dell was frozen totally, I had to remove battery to turn it off. I use PureCyanogenMod-7-OTA.
Regards, Fil

I flew yesterday with LK8000 on a Yotaphone 2.
Everything I tried worked as it should, Livetrack24 recorded and I could see FLARM traffic on map page, but I could not find the radar page.
Might be a setting new to me?

@Fil: sounds strange, we need the runtimelog.txt to analyze that. Please send it to AlphaLima(at)lk8000.it

@cloudsun9: You must enable the radar in the Flighttracker dialog AND "FLARM on map" in setup dialog 13 "Map Overlays" (right, we should rename it!). If you still see no traffic, are you sure there was other FT traffic arround and flying (mind the zoom level)?)

Can't find anything odd except it stoppt logging for whatever reason like "turn off" the device. Can you reproduce the problem? How? (maybe you try it with another device).

Which version of Android do you have on your Yotaphone 2?
Did you use E-ink or amoled display?

In fact I cannot reproduce it, but freeze happens in various time of simulated flight no matter (it seems) what I do. Unfortunately I have no other Dell Streak for testing. (Perhaps someone can test another DS5.)

Now I have found the frozen Dell restarts after a while. This time it has happened when IGC was replayed via Logger Replay and I changed Overlays in Display menu.

(I have no such freezes and restarts with my DS5 and CM7 normally.)
I send RUNTIME.log to your e-mail.

sasa,
Android v5.0 [S01_003_4240_RU1_M05]
I use the e-ink display for flying.
To optimise screen refresh see: https://forum.xda-developers.com/yotaphone-one/general/how-to-read-manga-e-ink-display-16-gray-t3474189 (only works with Android 5)
also http://www.paraglidingforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=72256&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
I also turn terrain off to clear up display.
I also lock screen orientation to portrait.
LK Maps works perfect, and Croatia is there.

cloudsun9,
Thx for links! I will try to optimize screen refresh.
For the first look this options look very promising.

Last cca 2-3 years I mostly used Top Hat on Kobo Mini. Before i mowed to Kobo I used LK8000 on WinCE devices. cca 3-4 years ago I was pretty familiar with LK8000 but few days ago when I start playing with new android version, I realized that I had forgotten a lot about LK8000. I must search for documentation to refresh my memory :)

Could you try on you Yota2 (E-ink display, landscape orientation) to change something on some setup page. On my Yotaph2 display rotate for 180° when I confirm some entry. It seems that this happen only in landscape orientation on e-ink display.

Ha! I could replicate 180 degree rotation in landscape menus on: 2 Airspace-Filling.
Many other settings are OK, but there may be others.
Found no problems in Portrait.

On Yotaphone 2 we have 2 display and I guess that this problem is related to sensor which detect phone orientation, and program logic for detection which display is active.
For example if I go to setup page 6: https://goo.gl/photos/HDvapVZ5qRDE7ZbEA
and then go to setup "safety altitude": https://goo.gl/photos/LgzfjKqtUWhu3uFK7
It is no important what you adjust on this page but when return to previous page, page is rotated for 180°: https://goo.gl/photos/jgoXgNsmCTLmSez79

Interesting behavior :-)
I next version you will be able to fix orientation ( Auto,Landscape, Portrait, Inverse Landscape or Inverse Portrait ) so maybe this will solve the problem.
