Devices: Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy A5

On one of my bottom bars I have "Battery" indication. I noticed that starting LK it shows "XX%D (Discharging). Then I plug in glider power cable, I see "POWER SUPPLY ON" appearing on screen and Battery indication becomes: XX%C (Charging).
If I disconnect the cable, I see "POWER SUPPLY OFF" appearing on screen but battery indication remains XX%C. Then, of course, percentage continuosly decreases while battery discharges, but I always have a "C" beside it.

I can confirm this (checked with a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 connected to a wallcharger). Bottombar SYS6 battery charger indicator.
