Hi pilots,

I have the following questions to new version 3.0:

(1) I tried the new version LK8000 3.0 for sailplane-soaring. I am connected to a Flarm. In LK8000 3.0 other traffic is shown on the traffic-info-page 4.1, but is not shown on the map. How can I enable showing traffic on the map?

(2a) According to the German documentation (page 119) traffic should be marked on the map e.g. with "FXY:3.9" where 3.9 is the climbing rate (m/s) of the traffic. For me the height of the traffic in meters is also very important. Is there a possibility also to display the height, e.g. "FXY:3.0/2500" where 2500 means 2500meters MSL?
(2b) If displaying the height is not possible, can I see somehow if the traffic is above or below me? (Please note: I do NOT want to switch to the traffic-info-page for that, I want to see other traffic on the map with its climbing rate and its height).

Regards,
Walter

1) Setup Page 13 Flarm on map: On
2a) No, there is no height displayed
2b) Yes, additional information on Info pages 4.x
Best

Thank you very much for your answer, found it now.

(2b) it would be great if I can see the height of the traffic also on the map besides the climbing-rate.
So it would be great if on the map a traffic is e.g. marked with "FXY:3.9/2500" where 2500 means 2500meters MSL.

Are there any developments planned concerning this?
(Note: in SeeYou-mobile besides the climbing rate also the height is displayed for the traffic on the map, so it would be great if this is also possible in LK8000).

Regards
Walter
