Hi I have bought a Wayteq 950 BT HD, and the converter http://www.glidertools.com/products/converter-rs232-to-usb-for-pna-with-switching-power-supply-5v/ (and yes I have changed the jumpers)but I can not get it to "talk to" my Flarm. I have tried several comports, including 4 and 8 but it does not work (message cannot open comport). Obviously there is something that I have missed in configuring the Wayteq. Could somebody please tell me how to do it (step by step) from the beginning. Matts
I don't know FLARM, but with my LX20, the problems I had were due to wrong pinout in the mini USB. Using a third program or device, you can check if communications are working. I used the sw Connect LX. The port used by Wayteq to exterior is com 3.
