On the official web site, version 2.0 is now available for download.
Docs are not complete, yet. In the next days work shall proceed on documentation.
I wish to thank all the people that worked on this version, and expecially the Translate Team, that made it possible to deliver LK8000 in 14 languages.

It's just 5 secont that I have swithed on ...and I found many grat impruvment ...the new maps are perfect ...
IT'll become a MILE STONE for all glider pilots .....

You have to delete the older version, you cannot upgrade from 1.22B
And it seems that the english language file was not copied. Make sure that you copied the entire LK8000 folder to your PNA, Computer or PDA |

I have removed all discussions related to this "pgpete" guy who came here for the very first time, install the software, run the software, the software tell him that the install directory is wrong, he has no time to copy the folder, but he has time to bother us and tell that until next year he will be using his competino.

Palo, first thank you for your hard work and dedication to this program and the soaring community, this thank you is extended to all the support people as well. This release far exceeds the abilities of any of the other I’ve seen or used. No problems here with the new version, it was simple, unzip the files copy to the LK8000 folder, restore map, waypoint and airspace files and everything worked as expected. Speed is vastly improved, my system is an iPAQ 4705, I would guess it’s at least twice as fast.

In the simulation and in the flight does not work autozoom.
Route optimization also not yet done.
She was in XcSoar. |

Yes, the picture is a bit wrong in the last segment, but gives the idea.
That's how the optimizer will work. |
