Dear users, it is time to think about the web site for LK8000 and we would gladly show a gallery of pictures from you.
Pictures of your PNA at home, or in the glider, or during flights, etc.

We will really appreciate your help for the gallery.
Please send your pictures to Sergio's email: tiguy82@gmail.com

Thanks!
Paolo

Can you give us an idea what you would like to have on Paolo LK8000 website?

I just remember that Paolo could put a list of all hardware compatible with LK8000 as Peter was doing.

Maybe Peter can develop his website with some tutorials and tips about LK8000.

If you login (down right corner) you will find a complete website with tips, documentation, hardware list, screenshots, FAQ, manuals, downloads, links etc.
Basically this is how the LK8000 website should look i think...and the good thing is: it already exists!

But the thing is that website doesn't belong to Paolo.

That's why I say we can have Paolo and Peter at the same time, the official and unofficial one. Like a rock star, official and fan club! eh eh

I'd like to have full control on the website distributing the LK8000. This doesn't mean I will do the website, of course. It would probably be much better if Peter could join the development on Joomla of the new website, but I had no time to talk to him recently.

I am after the software development right now, solving an installation problem for PNAs which appears to be critical concerning fonts. No problems with the web, I am sure that we will get the best possible solution with people involved.

On your request I started with the website in jan 2010. It's based on wordpress (also CMS system). I worked (daily) on the website for several weeks, beside of my work, in the direction of your idea's. You concentrated on the development and had no time for website or documentation. So, I closed the website on your request. Then PDF documentation was created. Now you want to start a new/other website, based on joomla?

@Paola. Does this mean that you do not want to make use of the lk8000.org domain and my contribution to LK8000?

Of course I'd like to have your contribution. At the same time, I'd like to have control on the website and its domain name. It's a long time I haven't been testing the old website, so if you can write to me privately how to enter the test version then I'll be able to understand what can be done.
Wordpress and Joomla are both CMS, thus tools. The website is about contents, and their organization. What we never discussed is both contents and organization, so I'll gladly look at your work!
