Oggi dovrebbe volare sul Fox (bisogna combinare tutte le esigenze), ha già detto si alla foto pubblicata qui, un collega svizzero dovrebbe fare le foto.
L'altro collega oggi si è un po' ripreso: il passaggio dal K21 al Fox è stato un "pochino" traumatico ;-)
Domani si tira fuori il DG 1000 per gli svizzeri. Stamattina ho fatto un volo col Fox, con un po' di pratica con le scampanate ed i flick rolls più cose varie (looping cinese, tonneau in virata, etc.)
Per la distanza, ieri un altro svizzero ha fatto qualche centinaio di Km. in biposto sul circuito "dei combattenti", 5.30 ore di volo. Oggi cominciano i voli seri, c' è un bellissimo sole.
Stasera ho appuntamento col capo-pilota, se riesco a finire i voli prima delle 18h30 (soffro tanto il sole, quindi oggi faccio gli ultimi 2 voli); vi sapro' dire.

Allora, in francese ha un soprannome, vi lascio immeginare: fate un looping con un tonneau in cima (si parte e si finisce negativi) senza interrompere il looping; dunque, un cerchio con una rotazione ;-)
Oggi l' ho sbagliato una volta per mancanza totale di concentrazione, per cui ho continuato a salire verticale, naturalmente cercando di fare il tonneau: quando l' energia è finita, vi assicuro che me ne sono accorto :-)
Il volo della vicina è rinviato a domani mattina.
Oggi ho parlato col capo-pilota. E'disponibile a varie soluzioni, anche a gruppi che parlano solo italiano, se accompagnati da un istruttore che parla francese od inglese; si puo' fare tutto (anche economicamente), una possibilità è un istruttore francese affiancato a quello italiano + biposto a disposizione.
Altra possibilità è un gruppo misto (piloti di varia provenienza); se qualcuno è interessato, anche se non parla bene francese od inglese, mi contatti pure.
Ci sono altre iniziative in cantiere, ma è troppo presto per parlarne.
Lukes, il tuo sistema è conosciuto dal capo-pilota che lo ha definito grandioso, quindi gli ho detto tutto quello che so :-) |

Oggi c'è l' onda, pero' il vento è veramente forte. L'ASH25 è decollato verso le 11h15 e ha preso l' onda, col Fox ho fatto un volo ma il decollo è molto molto laborioso. La gente degli stages attende, perché si tratta in molti casi di debuttanti ed oggi pomeriggio il vento potrebbe rinforzare ancora.
Anche il DG1000 con gli Svizzeri fa acrobazia oggi, pero' risente molto del vento. |

Stanno decollando: usano solo i traini più potenti (Pawnee e Rallie 235). Oggi partono ancora tutti i biposto coi debuttanti, più quasi tutti i monoposto (salvo 3-4, qualcuno è sfatto dopo 3 giorni di voli - la mia vicina inclusa).
Tra 20 minuti, partiti gli altri, ricominciamo con l'acro.
Anch'io sono un po' stanco: oggi per smaltire la troppa velocità presa dopo un flick roll ho fatto una scampanata con salita negativa. |

Beh bagai, la vicina alla fine s'è fatta un bel volo: 4500 m. in onda, velocità Va + ca. 80-100 km/h di vento. Domani mattina la sequestro per il Fox.
Oggi giornata d'onda, vento anche di 23 Knots al suolo.
Gli svizzeri sono ripassati sul Fox: un portello del carrello del DG 1000 aveva dei problemi e provocava delle vibrazioni, per cui l' istruttore l'ha dichiarato inagibile fino a controllo approfondito e volo test.
Ho fatto l'ultimo decollo col Fox: il decollo ed il traino sono stati molto agitati e l' atterraggio una bella esperienza.
Stasera cena in sala qui tutti assieme come ieri sera, ben 4 E a testa :-) |

Oggi abbiamo cominciato il safari fotografico, tra un po' tocca ad una delle due linee di volo; stanno aspettando per decidere la direzione di decollo.
L' ASH25 è già partito e fa anche un po' di ricognizione.
Oggi ho fatto un bellissimo volo, ma ieri sera ho forzato troppo il braccio sulle verticali negative, che andrebbero fatte con due mani per non tirare da una parte ..... ma con due non arrivo bene; alla fine anche con una mano erano ok, ma oggi ho dei problemi. Oggi pomeriggio provero' con l'altro braccio.

Il decollo col Fox della vicina ha coinciso col decollo degli altri, per cui ho le sue foto :-) le foto dei ritardatari e le foto del primo prototipo di un nuovo traino, l' MCR.

Il suo pilota, Jean-Marc Cayard (due volte campione del mondo VV) me lo ha illustrato per bene: motori da 180 hp recuperati da vecchi traini (risparmio di 20.000 E), molto leggero - ma non è un ultraleggero, consuma pochissimo, è veramente potente, paracadute balistico.
Il prototipo, sarà cambiato abbastanza: aggiunta di slats per migliorare la controllabilità (ma non è affatto male neanche il prototipo, mi ha trainato), barra più lunga, etc.
Riceverai le foto :-)
Stasera cena di fine stage al centro, anche se molti volano anche domani ( anch'io, ed a metà prezzo perchè è ottobre - spero sia un Nimbus :-))))
Ho visto i costi dei traini della settimana di un pilota tipo: vanno da un minilmo di 18 E ad un massimo di 38 E.
Oggi si sono fatti distanza ed onda.
Un'altra ragazza mi ha detto che verso sera ha preso l'onda di brutto.
Io mi sono allungato a forza di -5 g ;-) nella stessa posizione, oggi pomeriggio avevo la testa vicina alla capottina |
