Posted - 06/03/2015 : 02:35:16 Starting from next 5.0b version, the plugin for paragliders is no longer supported. If you need the plugin, keep version 5.0a. Only a very limited number of users ( a few hundreds ) are using the plugin, and for linux it would require a long work, which is not possible. Furthermore, IGC has asked to cease distributing LK with several keys, and I am really tired of this situation happening only to please a few people.

Posted - 20/06/2017 : 13:44:30 I've been using it for some time and have submitted tracklogs to the uk league successfully. Great bit of work. |

Theres all the information in there :)
Works on serial and USB at the moment.
If your running a bluetooth serial adapter, it will work on this aswell.
The only way it wont work at the moment is if your sending in nmea via wifi.... but I dont think many people do this.
Enjoy :) |

Posted - 26/04/2017 : 18:25:50 Not up to me Ben but won't be too long. I have just spent the day testing it and submitting flights (drives) to the ukxcleague and the FAI validation servers. |

Posted - 26/04/2017 : 10:15:07 That sounds fantastic. Maybe I don't need a second instrument then. What is the expected release date? |

Posted - 26/04/2017 : 09:52:10 It's all done automatically. The software senses take off then begins recording. Then when you stay still vertically and horizontally it assumes landing and stops recording and trims it back then signs it. Both landing and start parameters are configured via a config file you can change. Hi |

Posted - 26/04/2017 : 09:27:09 Is the trimming of nmea data pre and post flight automated by the software or do you have to do it manually with gpsdump? It'd be nice to just upload the signed log file from the kobo straight to the league. |

Posted - 26/04/2017 : 08:52:08 No, the software creates a seperate igc file from the nmea output in a directory outside lk or xcsoar as the flight takes place then trims off any points after landing using gpsdump and signs that. |

Posted - 26/04/2017 : 02:51:06 Digitally signing any IGC file without any possible check that it is genuine?

Posted - 25/04/2017 : 22:37:23 It's being developed by Phil Colbert (the AirAware guy) I am one of the beta testers. Once it's finished testing Phil will be releasing it to the public. Keep an eye on the Wessex Facebook page#128521; |

Posted - 25/04/2017 : 22:17:27 Who is developing this and where would I find this Martin? |

Posted - 25/04/2017 : 22:13:46 An additional piece of software for both LK and xcsoar is currently being developed to privately sign the igc files on Kobos for the UK league. Should be released shortly. |

Posted - 25/04/2017 : 21:49:06 Hi, I'm a U.K. Paraglider so would really like to have validated igc files.
Now that we have v6.0b and ported to linux, is there any progress in resolving the issue? |
