Posted - 18/05/2017 : 20:49:31 I am trying to connect a Samsung Galaxy S5 with my Kobo Aura 2 using the LKNET app. I am able to set up a hotspot using the AndroidAp and connect with the Kobo when in Kobo mode. This involves doing a Kobo search(getting online) to get the password prompt. In order to go back to LK8000, I turn of the Kobo and restart to LK8000 ---> Fly. Itīs then that the Kobo wonīt connect anymore.
I also have a second problem. When I go to device setup on the Kobo, I do the following under Setup: Device B: Digifly Port: TCPServer (LKNET says I should enter UDPServer, this is not a given option on my Kobo, any ideas????) Port: 8000
More info: Right now Android Ap says "No connection" LKNET is Orange (not blinking!) connected to Kobo GPS is blinking green LK8000 says= GPS: No Data Rx
Any advice? I hope I supplied enough information. Also, please feel free to move this if in the wrong forum.
Thanks, Andy |

Posted - 19/05/2017 : 10:29:40 This is because you are using an old Kobo version that do not jet have UDPServer support. Install the new 6.1G BETA version that have just been released. Tony
